Our focus is to make matrix-based controls more accessible to laboratories by combining standardized production discipline with clear documentation (RMIS/MDS). We continuously refine our portfolio and approach based on laboratory needs and feedback.

Why We Exist
We exist to ensure laboratories can access real-matrix reference materials—so they can verify daily performance, reduce the risk of incorrect results, and report with confidence in restricted substances testing.
For many years, laboratories struggled to find suitable matrix-based QC materials in textile, leather, and polymer matrices. When control samples were taken from customer materials, they were often limited in quantity, not sufficiently homogeneous, or not stable over time.
Without practical real-matrix controls, routine testing may rely on alternatives that do not fully represent real sample behavior. TexEcoRM was created to close this gap—so no laboratory has to say “we have no QC material” when accuracy matters.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)?
No. TexEcoRM products are Reference Materials (RMs), not Certified Reference Materials (CRMs). We do not state a certified value with a measurement uncertainty as a CRM would. The values given in our documentation are indicative and are intended to support routine laboratory quality control, method verification and training.
Are you accredited (ISO 17034)?
No. TexEcoRM is not accredited at this time. We work in line with the key principles of ISO 17034 — standardized production, documented procedures, ongoing monitoring and clear documentation — and we evaluate our data according to ISO 13528. Because we are not accredited, we do not present our materials as certified, and we describe openly in each document what has and has not been done.
Do you provide a certificate?
We do not issue CRM certificates. Every product is supplied with an RMIS/MDS (Reference Material Information Sheet / Material Data Sheet) for information. It contains the product description, intended use, storage guidance and the indicative value(s) — together with an explanation of how those values were obtained.
