Custom samples and tailor-made reference materials produced by TexEcoRM, and all related data, are treated as strictly confidential.

• Custom products are not sold, distributed, reused or shared with third-party laboratories or organisations without your explicit written consent.
• We do not use custom products for internal studies, demonstrations or external evaluations unless you specifically authorise it.
• All custom materials are produced and handled solely for the purpose defined by the customer.

Comparison and evaluation tests

Samples provided for comparison tests, method evaluations or performance studies are handled with the same level of confidentiality.

• Such samples are not transferred, sold or shared with other laboratories.
• Test details, analytical results and evaluation outcomes remain confidential.
• Results are communicated only to the customer who submitted the samples.

Reference material development

Where a product is developed with the intention of being marketed or distributed as a reference material, all technical and product-related information remains confidential unless otherwise agreed.

• We do not disclose formulation details, production parameters or analytical data without explicit permission.
• No product or associated data is commercialised, reused or referenced without the customer’s authorisation.

Protection of information

We take appropriate measures to safeguard confidential information, including:

• secure handling and storage of product data and analytical results;
• restricted internal access to sensitive information;

All information is used exclusively for the agreed scope of work and never for unauthorised purposes.

The quote list you build on the Reference Materials page is stored only in your own browser; it is sent to us only if you choose to e-mail it or include it in the contact form.
